Consultation is free! We can discuss your needs and see if Assistant Café is right for you. We also offer one hour per week in strategic planning sessions at no charge.
Hourly Plan
Our hourly plan is priced between $15 and $35 per hour, depending on the type of business needs you require. For instance, digital scanning and data entry are priced lower than creation of a presentation.
We understand the need for temporary assistance - this plan is for those who need short term or occasional support, who do not require the services of a virtual assistant regularly. Requires a minimum of 2 hours. Invoice will be supplied with accurate accounts of all hours billed. Expenses will be charged separately.
Retainer Plan
For our clients who require services on a regular basis, we offer a lower hourly rate – 10% off hourly rate. (this is our standard rate, yet negotiable). Must be at least 12 hours per month. Prepayment is required.
Additional expenses incurred such as couriers, postage, multiple facsimilies, long distance telephone calls, will be charged separately.
Billing Schedule
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices are sent on the 15th and the 30th of each month. We accept payments by check or through Paypal.
Special job – ask us for a pricing quote. We are happy to provide you with a personal bid proposal upon your request.
